Are the items new?

Both. Inventory comes from liquidation pallets of retailer overstock and customer returns, so some items are sealed and new while others are open-box or used. Every listing states its condition, and every item is inspected before it goes up.

How often does new inventory arrive?

New pallets are broken down and listed every week, with the weekly drop posted on Thursdays.
