What we collect

When you reserve an item or ask about a car, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, and the pickup or delivery details you choose. If you text or call us, we have your number and the messages.

How we use it

• To hold your item, set up pickup, delivery or shipping, and answer your questions.
• To send a payment request if you choose Apple Pay or card.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing texts unless you ask to hear about new inventory.

Who else sees it

Reservations are stored with our database provider. Card payments are handled by Square, and we never see or store your full card number. If an item ships, UPS receives your shipping address.
